St. Louis Attorney Aaron A. Farmer
Aaron Farmer is a 2007 graduate of Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. At Washburn, he was active in the trial advocacy program and law clinic. At the Washburn University School of Law Clinic, he volunteered over 300 hours under a student license representing low income clients. Through the law clinic, Aaron represented clients in municipal, state, federal, and tribal court. At Washburn, Aaron participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program under the direction of nationally recognized trail advocacy expert Charles H. Rose III.
Aaron obtained his law license in September 2007 after passing the Missouri bar exam on the first attempt. He immediately opened the Law Office of Aaron A. Farmer, LC. He has spent his professional career helping to provide access to justice for everyone regardless of their economic status. He tirelessly works to perfect his trial techniques and communication strategies in order to help his clients.
Since opening his firm in 2007, Aaron has appeared in most municipal and state Courts in the St. Louis metro area. A significant portion of his practice involves criminal matters. From felonies to traffic infractions, he has handled over 1,000 criminal matters since 2007 throughout the St. Louis metro area.
Aaron also handles civil litigation. Most of his civil matters involve car accidents. He also handles slip and fall injuries, medical malpractice, dog bites, nursing home negligence, and other civil litigation matters.
Aaron was the recipient of the Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service award from the San Francisco Bar Association in 2010. This award was in recognition of Aaron’s tireless effort and commitment to providing access to justice regardless of economic status. In 2010, he completed 241 pro-bono hours representing low income tenants facing eviction. In some cases he defended low income tenants facing eviction at trial. While Aaron was in San Francisco volunteering, he was also a lecturer at volunteer attorney trainings for the Volunteer Legal Services Program of the San Francisco Bar Association.
